AnewAmerica Women’s Business Center - Oakland provides training, counseling and other support services to help women entrepreneurs start and successfully grow their businesses. In addition, the center supports women business owners. The office is currently located in the Fruitvale District of Oakland.

Services & Information:
We provide training and counseling sessions throughout our service footprint.Delivery of services – whether short- or long-term training or technical assistance/counseling – is organized to accommodate client needs. The office is open Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Although we maintain office hours of 40 hours each week in our Oakland office, client needs dictate that we also schedule programs after regular work hours during evenings, weeknights and weekends. Our formal long-term training is scheduled during evening hours and most of our short-term programs are also offered during evenings or weekends.WBC programs are extended to the public on a nondiscriminatory basis.Reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities will be made if requested at least two weeks in advance. Also, language assistance services are available for limited English proficient individuals.
