AnewAmerica Women’s Business Center – San Jose provides training, counseling and other support services to help women entrepreneurs start and successfully grow their businesses. In addition, the center supports women business owners.
The office is currently located near downtown San Jose.

Services & Information:
We provide training and counseling sessions throughout our service footprint.
Delivery of services – whether short- or long-term training or technical assistance/counseling – is organized to accommodate client needs. Although we maintain office hours of 40 hours each week in our San Jose office, client needs dictate that we also schedule programs after regular work hours during evenings, weeknights and weekends. Our formal long-term training is scheduled during evening hours and most of our short-term programs are also offered during evenings or weekends. The office is also open Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
WBC programs are extended to the public on a nondiscriminatory basis.
Reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities will be made if requested at least two weeks in advance. Also, language assistance services are available for limited English proficient individuals. Contact Lien Nguyen at
Planned closures for the WBC each year are New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr.’s Birthday, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth National Independence Day(Emancipation Day), July 4th (Independence Day), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
